TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last updated: 1 October 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the 3D
HISTORIC MINIATURE website and the purchase of
products offered through it.
By placing an order with 3D HISTORIC MINIATURE, you agree
to these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits
any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
1. About 3D HISTORIC MINIATURE
3D HISTORIC MINIATURE is an
independent miniature design and manufacturing business based in
Cyprus, European Union.
Registered Company No. EE61146
Business postal address:
Agios Georgiou 6
4716 Lofou
Cyprus
Email: studio@3dhistoricminiature.com
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, "we",
"us" and "our" refer to 3D HISTORIC MINIATURE.
"Customer", "you" and "your"
refer to the person or organisation purchasing products from us.
2. Our Products
3D HISTORIC MINIATURE designs, sculpts and produces
physical miniature figures and related products using
high-resolution 3D printing technology.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, our miniature figures
are supplied unpainted.
Some products may consist of several separate parts and may
require preparation or assembly before painting.
Because of the nature of high-resolution 3D printing, minor
support marks or small surface traces may occasionally be present.
Minor characteristics resulting from the normal production
process are not considered defects where they do not materially
affect the integrity, appearance or intended use of the product.
3. Product Images and Illustrations
We make reasonable efforts to represent our products
accurately.
Our website may contain photographs, digital renders,
historical illustrations, painted examples and presentation artwork
intended to show the appearance, pose, uniform, equipment or
historical context of a miniature.
The appearance of colours may vary depending on the
customer's screen or device.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, scenery, backgrounds,
accessories or other decorative elements appearing in presentation
images are not included.
The individual product description determines what is
included with each purchase.
4. Scales
Our principal miniature scales include:
1/72
28mm
1/35
Not every miniature or collection is necessarily available
in every scale.
Customers should check the individual product description
and our Scale Guide
before ordering.
The physical height of figures may naturally vary because
of character height, body proportions and pose.
A kneeling, crouching or bending figure will naturally have
a different overall height from a standing figure produced in the
same scale.
5. 28mm Compatibility Adjustments
Different miniature manufacturers may interpret 28mm
differently.
Where technically possible, the size of a 28mm miniature
may be adjusted at the customer's request to improve compatibility
with another manufacturer's miniature range.
Customers requiring a specific size should contact us before
ordering and provide sufficient information
concerning the desired dimensions or miniature range.
We cannot guarantee perfect proportional compatibility with
products made by another manufacturer.
A miniature resized or otherwise modified specifically
according to an individual customer's specifications may be
considered a personalised or made-to-specification product under
applicable consumer law.
Please see our Scale Guide
and Returns & Refunds
policy for further information.
6. Prices
Product prices are displayed on the website in the currency
indicated.
Shipping costs and any other applicable charges will be
shown where applicable before the order is completed.
Prices may change from time to time, but a later price
change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
For destinations outside the European Union, customs duties,
import taxes, clearance charges or other local fees may be imposed
by the destination country.
Such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless
applicable law provides otherwise.
Further information is available on our Shipping
& Delivery page.
7. Placing an Order
Before submitting an order, customers are responsible for
checking:
After an order is submitted, an electronic acknowledgement
may be sent confirming that the order has been received.
An acknowledgement of receipt does not necessarily
constitute acceptance of the order.
A contract of sale is concluded when we expressly accept
the order or confirm its dispatch.
8. Refusal or Cancellation of an Order
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where
there is a legitimate reason to do so.
Examples may include:
-
a product being unavailable;
-
payment failure;
-
incorrect or incomplete customer information;
-
suspected fraud or misuse;
-
an obvious pricing or website error;
-
legal restrictions;
-
inability to deliver to the destination provided.
If we cancel an order after payment has already been
received, the relevant payment will be refunded.
9. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during the ordering
process.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can
be processed unless another arrangement has been expressly agreed.
Transactions may be processed through independent payment
service providers.
Where an external payment provider processes personal
information, its own terms, security procedures and privacy policies
may also apply.
Further information concerning personal data is available
in our Privacy Policy.
10. Order Preparation
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 2
business days after payment has been confirmed.
Exceptionally large orders or unusual production
requirements may occasionally require additional preparation time.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

European Union.
Our estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

conditions and other circumstances outside our reasonable control
may affect delivery.
Please see our Shipping & Delivery
page for complete information.
12. Risk During Delivery
Where delivery is arranged by 3D HISTORIC MINIATURE using a
delivery service offered by us, responsibility for loss or damage
during transport remains with us until the customer, or another
person designated by the customer, takes physical possession of the
goods.
Different rules may apply where the customer independently
arranges a carrier that was not offered by us.
13. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers who are legally entitled to a right of withdrawal
may normally withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14
days from the day the goods are received,
without having to provide a reason.
Customers wishing to exercise this right must inform us
within the applicable withdrawal period.
Further information concerning notification, return
procedures, return shipping costs and refunds is available in our Returns
& Refunds policy.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any
statutory right of withdrawal.
14. Custom and Personalised Products
Products made according to an individual customer's
specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the
standard statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable
law.
This may include certain specifically requested resizing or
other bespoke modifications.
This exception does not affect the customer's legal rights
if a customised product is defective, damaged or does not correspond
to what was agreed.
15. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns
& Refunds policy and applicable consumer
law.
When a customer exercises a statutory right of withdrawal
because they have simply changed their mind, the customer is
normally responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods
where permitted by law.
Different rules apply to defective, incorrect, damaged or
non-conforming products.
16. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Every order is inspected before dispatch.
If a miniature arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or
different from the product ordered, please contact:
studio@3dhistoricminiature.com
Please provide your order number and, where appropriate,
clear photographs showing the problem.
We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate
solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.
17. Legal Guarantee
Consumers purchasing new goods from 3D HISTORIC MINIATURE
benefit from the statutory legal guarantee provided by applicable
consumer law.
Consumers protected by European Union consumer law have a minimum
two-year legal guarantee from the date the goods are received.
If goods are defective or do not conform to what was
ordered or advertised, legal remedies may include repair,
replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the
circumstances and applicable law.
These statutory rights cannot be excluded by these Terms
& Conditions.
18. Handling and Safety
Our miniatures are intended primarily for collectors, model
makers, miniature painters, diorama builders and tabletop hobbyists.

modifying a miniature, customers should use appropriate modelling
precautions and avoid inhaling dust produced during preparation.

should be used according to their manufacturers' instructions.
19. Historical and Political Subjects
3D HISTORIC MINIATURE produces miniature figures
representing a wide range of historical periods, personalities,
organisations, conflicts and events.
The representation of a historical or political personality,
movement, organisation, uniform, symbol or event does not constitute
endorsement, approval, support or affiliation.
Historical and political subjects are produced from a historical,
documentary, artistic and collectible perspective.
Additional information concerning these subjects is
available within our Political Sets
collection.
20. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated or subject to third-party rights,
original miniature designs, sculptures, digital models,
illustrations, photographs, graphics, logos, text and other original
content created by 3D HISTORIC MINIATURE are protected by applicable
intellectual property law.

individual physical product to the customer.

transfer copyright, design rights or other intellectual property
rights in the underlying design.

These Terms & Conditions and contracts concluded with
3D HISTORIC MINIATURE are governed by the laws of Cyprus,
subject to applicable European Union law.
If you are a consumer resident in another country, this
choice of law does not remove mandatory consumer protections that
apply to you under the laws of your country of residence where those
protections cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions restricts a
consumer's right to bring proceedings before a court having
jurisdiction under applicable law.
27. Changes to These Terms & Conditions
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to
time to reflect changes to our products, website, business practices
or legal obligations.
The version applicable to an order will normally be the
version in force when that order was placed.
The latest version will be published on this website
together with the date of the most recent update.
28. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found
to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions
will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
